What qualities do you seek in a person wishing to join Edutech?
Ans: While each position has separate compentencies and required skills and abilities, broadly, Edutech looks for people who have the passion to succeed, the commitment to excel, a determination to be the best and an excellent team work orientation.
What is your recruitment process.
You will send in your CV to career@edutech.com
- If your profile matches with our position requirements, our People Practices function will get in touch with you and invite your for an initial discussion. In case of remote locations, this could happen through the telephone.
- Once initial discussions happen, based on mutual comfort, you could be called in for a discussion with the team/functional/Business Head.
- For Senior Positions, there would also be a final round of discussions with the Head of the Region.
- The offer would be made.
- All offers are subject to valid reference checks.
Can I still submit my CV if the position is not listed in your Careers section.
Yes, we encourage you to submit your resume to career@edutech.com. This would go into our active database, when a position that matched with your profile comes up, our People Practices would get in touch with you and initiate the process.
What are the opportunities to go abroad if I join the Indian operations
Depending on business requirements, you would be asked to travel to our international locations. You could also be sent for training and for seminars and conferences on a need basis
What is the re-location assistance that you would provide
An attractive re-location allowance is provided, this would be explained to you by the People Practices during the interview and discussion process.
