The Health Club Membership
Team Members are encouraged to enroll in a health club of their choice, the Company pays 75% of the membership fees.
The Fine Art of Living
The Art of Living® program assists towards eliminating stress, creating a sense of belonging and encouraging people with different religions and traditions come together in celebration and service. In short the goal is to put the smile back on every face.This is the brain child of Shri Ravishankar of the Art of Living foundation.
Edutech introduced its team members in the UAE to the Art of Living program, the feedback from the Edutechies was overwhelming, this will be done across all locations soon.
Yoga Classes
We have Yoga classes happening in our Bangalore office with the same also starting in the Chennai office soon.
The Edutech Book Club
The Book club is a meeting where team members who like reading, get together and talk about books on a aparticullar genre ranging from humour to autobiographies to leadership.
The motto of the book club is : Come if you want to share your views on a book. If not, come for a cuppa and listen to others talk about books.
