Consultancy
We partner with our customers to lay out the learning infrastructure after a comprehensive need analysis. We assist them to plan a time-phased implementation approach. Our experienced team of consultants conducts workshops (INSITE) and consults with the leadership team to draw up the solution design blueprint. One of the areas where we assist customers is also in change management to facilitate faster user acceptance and adoption.
Implementation
We follow the CRISP® (Certified Rapid Implementation and Support Program) methodology. This is a multi-phased project implementation approach bundled with an implementation tool kit that ensures fast implementation at less cost with quicker user adoption. All our consultants are CRISP certified.
Integration
We provide system integration services to help organizations integrate our solutions with their in-house enterprise systems such as ERPs, HR systems, LDAP systems, SSO etc.
Post implementation
One of the objectives of post implementation services is to ensure that our customers are able to derive more benefits out of the deployed learning solution and even to expand its scope. For this we offer
- Optimization services (meant to optimize the functionality and performance of the solution)
- Content integration (provide assistance to integrate new digital content with the learning solution)
- Supplemental staffing (service intended to support the customer’s short term needs of specialized tasks such as running the system, and administering the program)
- Upgrade services (deliver the tool and staff to smoothly migrate to the latest version)
- Maintenance (smooth support and upkeep of the software deployed at the customer premises)
Training
We offer a structured training program either as part of INSITE® workshops or separately. Depending on the target audience, their role and geographical spread, we use a variety of approaches to optimize cost and time without compromising on effectiveness.
