Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) provides the scalability and cost-efficiencies of e-learning while retaining the live presence of the instructor.

Our VCT learning design model includes 4 key steps to ensure the success of your virtual classroom:

Step 1 - Analysis
  • We start out by identifying your business goals and then analyzing the knowledge/skills needed to achieve them.
  • If you have an existing course, we re-design your curriculum to ensure that you’re harnessing all the interactive possibilities offered by the virtual classroom technology.
  • We analyze the audience learning styles to decide on the blend of media to be employed in the course.

Step 2 - Integration
  • We integrate the content so as to optimally utilize the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning tools within VCT, such as the white board, web tours, application sharing, and multimedia options.

Step 3 - Interactivity - We then explore the many options for engaging the learner through the interactive tools available in the VCT platform that create a sense of interacting with the instructor. These options include messaging, polling, and break-out rooms.

Step 4 - Deployment & Support In this final phase, we prepare learners for the course, the VCT platform, assignments etc.
We can also offer real-time support during and after the course.
We design job aids for long-term retention of course content.
