Mastery Connect by Instructure is designed for standards-based teaching and learning, delivering real-time insight into student mastery levels in an intuitive, visual way. Teachers can make informed instructional decisions, collaborate in teams and address each student's needs early and often. With curriculum planning, reporting and benchmark assessments, it is a complete assessment solution.

Teachers build Mastery Trackers from any set of academic standards. When assessments are completed, results appear in the Tracker straight away, so teachers can see which students need intervention and which standards need reteaching. Benchmark results sit alongside formative data, so every assessment drives student growth.

Mastery Predictive Assessments are rigorous, pre-built benchmarks aligned to learning standards that measure progress and predict performance on end-of-year assessments. In multi-state studies they correctly identified student proficiency 84% of the time in grades 3 to 8 and 82% in high school.

Predictive results are ready within three to five business days. Benchmarks can be tailored to your own pacing guide, so they test what students have actually been taught, and item analysis reports show each question's standard, difficulty and Depth of Knowledge level, so teachers can spot misconceptions and plan targeted support.
